I can't say enough about Morehead's support team as they went above board in trying to help me get the problem fixed. Now I have to get the HDMI video card fixed. I borrowed someone else's computer and tried the Morehead adaptor and everything worked perfectly. What I eventually recognized is that even though computer recognized the projector type and model, the HDMI was not sending an output signal to the projector.
